zazabook is a booking and customer-chat tool for massage, spa and beauty shops in Thailand. Customers book from a shop link — no app and no account — and the shop sees every reservation on one calendar.
What it does
- A public booking link for each shop, showing only the times that are actually free
- A calendar for owners with phone bookings, opening hours, blocked times and time-change approvals
- Customer chat with English and Thai translation, so staff can reply in their own language
- Email notices for new bookings
